It's about developing confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment where students can take risks and grow as artists.

Founder/CEO Crystal Watford Nuchurch
Crystal Watford Nuchurch brings with her a great amount of experience, knowledge and talent in the areas of Theatre, Film, Television, and Modeling. She has over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry. Crystal is an Actress,Producer, Director, Acting Coach ,Host, and Founder & CEO of her own production company Dare 2 Dream Productions.
Some of her Accolades including a few of her performances in theatre: The Hour, (First Lady Ally), Married Single & Everything in Between, (Mistress Tiffany), When all is lost, (Mother), and her off broadway one woman show entitled Reflective Mind which sold out audiences in New York City. Some film and television credits include, her lead role in the Movie His Dying Wish . Her role in the film Murherous, and her most recent lead role in an upcoming television series entitled Underneath It All. Her modeling credits include, modeling for the renowned John Blassingame. Crystal was a model in the New Day Associates Fashion & Modeling Extravaganza. Crystal was nominated for Best Actress for her role in the movie His Dying Wish which won several awards in the film festival circuit. She was honored to work with award winning writer & director Drica Armstrong.
Crystal also has performed in several theatrical productions with Speranza Theater Company under the direction of Heather Wahl. She is also an Audiobook Artist for the theatrical company Playzoomers under the direction of Jan Carpman.
Crystal is also the recipient of the Founders Choice Award for 2021 in recognition of her outstanding achievements for the Arts awarded by the Strong Chance film Festival.
Crystal currently holds a degree in Fine & Performing Arts from Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Crystal always tells people that her talent is a gift from God. She has had the opportunity to work with actress Phyllis Yvonne Stickney in the Stickney Experimental theatre project in 2012. She has also attended the TSAW workshop where she worked with actress Tasha Smith in 2014. Crystal is also a member of Sag/Aftra & Actors Equity.

She has performed background and lead vocals for Donald Lawrence, Richard Smallwood, Karen Clark-Sheard, Yolanda Adams, Ernest Pugh, Josh Milan

Dermel has toured with Blues artists, Sergio Davis and the late Mel Waiters (“Hole in the Wall Man”). She opened up for Bobby Womack, Shirley Brown, and The Manhattans with Mel, Jill Scott, Anthony Hamilton & Mint Condition as a solo artist at the Budweiser Summer Fest Tour. She is currently based out of New Jersey, collaborating with many producers on their projects, and working on her debut album, “My Life’s Journey.”

Her modeling journey began in 2010 in her first fashion show with OYTI ( Our Youth Today Inc.). With her mother, also her mentor , overseeing her career, her drive became more aggressive for modeling especially after the birth of her son. She's done runway fashion shows, photo shoots, mentoring jobs, and even commercials. She also went deeper into her creativity and added special projects like body paint and water shoots to her portfolio. She has performed with Eb's Finest E.N.T in a fashion show which was a charity event for Haiti. Following those projects, Rasheeda's career rose to a new level. She walked in the Boujie Boutique Fashion Week showcase in Paris. She also walked in the Los Angeles TME Fashion Week. She has been on the NYC TimeSquare Billboard and has also been published in many magazines and articles. In 2022, Rasheeda formed a new friendship with BellaBebe Models. She became their model coach and in 2023 she became the Model Coach for Bellaversity Models. In the same year, she built another relationship as model coach for Hannah Marshall Collections. She continues to coach for every showcase for her brand. She will continue to grow, learn, and build strong relationships as an entrepreneur.

Tyquanda Johnson is a natural born creative. She fell in love with dance at the age of 5 and began one with the stage. She has trained with Ailey School at the age of 12 and has opened performances for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and Savion Glover. She studied all throughout college where she majored in Theater with a concentr
Tyquanda Johnson is a natural born creative. She fell in love with dance at the age of 5 and began one with the stage. She has trained with Ailey School at the age of 12 and has opened performances for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and Savion Glover. She studied all throughout college where she majored in Theater with a concentration in Dance. She also earned a Masters Degree from Pratt Institute in dance education and Movement Therapy. Tyquanda has studied dance overseas throughout the Caribbean islands and the continent of Africa. She has been casted in multiple stage plays and she starred as one of the leading roles in the award winning film Salina P. Tyquanda is also starring in the Films Sin Apple Which can be seen on Tubi. Not only is she creative on stage. Tyquanda continues to impart her passion for the arts in to the youth. She serves as a Dance coach/choreographer for a charter school in New York City and continues to pursue her dream of creativity and expression.
